We know paying for college can seem scary, but our staff is highly experienced and ready to help explain exactly what you need to know about applying for financial aid.

Although primary financial responsibility for your education rests with you and your family, we will do our best to bridge the gap between what it costs and what you can afford to pay. Financial Aid is available in the form of grants, loans, work-study, scholarships or a combination of these.

The best way to contact us is via email at FinancialAidOffice@macc.edu. Messages are generally responded to within one to two business days.

You may request an appointment to meet with a member of the Financial Aid Office. Appointments will be conducted using phone, email or Zoom; whichever you prefer.

Additionally, the Financial Aid Office has opened a Zoom room to provide opportunities for virtual financial aid advising. The link can be accessed in myMACC under the section “A Helping Hound” as well as from the student’s Financial Aid portal. This service will be available Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
