MACC recently hosted its annual employee appreciation banquet to honor the hard work and dedication of its staff members. The highlight of the evening was the recognition of service anniversaries, with over 500 years of combined service celebrated.
In addition to honoring long-serving employees, the banquet also showcased the winners of the Innovation Award and Staff Excellence Award (pictured). The Innovation Award, which recognizes creative ideas that contribute to MACC’s mission, was presented to Heather Witt and Patti Cole (not pictured) for their innovative efforts in improving operations and teaching methods.
The Staff Excellence Award, highlighting exceptional performance and dedication, was awarded to Jessica Heintz, Eric Dollich, Jennifer Haynes, and Joe Kelly (not pictured). These individuals were recognized for going above and beyond in supporting MACC’s mission and exemplifying excellence in their roles.
The banquet was a heartwarming celebration of the talent and commitment of MACC’s employees, showcasing the organization’s dedication to recognizing and valuing their team members’ contributions.
