College Housing at MACC - Moberly

The McCormick Commons and Residential Center and Greyhound Hall are situated on the west end of campus, near the Activity Center. They are surrounded by green space and mature trees and are within walking distance
of Moberly’s beautiful Rothwell Park. On the opposite end of Rothwell Park is
the Moberly Aquatic Center. This area provides activities such as fishing,
paddle boating, a disc golf course, and an archery range.

The total cost of housing and meal plan for one semester is $3,750.00. Payment of $3,750.00 is due when classes begin each semester, unless there is pending financial aid in place to cover the cost of housing and meal plan. This includes all utilities, satellite TV in the common areas, computer labs, and internet. It also includes a 19-meal (per week) food plan which is mandatory.

Inquiries regarding on-campus housing are received and processed by the Director of Security and Residential Life. Full-time students are accepted on a first-come basis, and spots on the waiting list are secured by completing and submitting the Housing Contract located on the MACC website. A $150.00 application fee is due at the time of submission; this fee will be applied to
your account once you move into MACC housing.
