Greyhound Baseball Hit-a-thon

The MACC Greyhound Baseball team will be holding its Second Annual Hit-A-Thon. The Hit-A-Thon will be one of our major fundraisers for the upcoming season. The money you give will directly benefit the Greyhound Baseball team and will be used for team travel, equipment, and a variety of other needs throughout the season. Each student-athlete’s goal will be to raise at least $250.
How the Hit-A-Thon Works:
1. Each player will be given 10 swings.
2. To figure donations, we will measure the longest hit of each player.
3. The average distance hit is usually around 325 feet.
4. Pledges vary anywhere from $.05 to $1.00 per foot.
5. Flat donations are also welcome!
