Technology Status

Need to check the system status of Canvas or Zoom?  Wondering if your eBook issue is related to a global issue with the publisher?  Use the links below to quickly view the current global system status and outages when they occur.  

After a global issue, it is recommended to clear your browser cookies and cache (Chrome | Firefox | Safari | Edge). If you don’t find what you are looking for here or still have issues, then submit a ticket to MACC’s Instructional Technology Department.

On Instructure's website

Click the plus (+) sign to find Canvas products used by MACC (Canvas LMS, Canvas Commons, Canvas Studio, and Canvas Mobile)

On Zoom's website

Click the plus (+) sign next to Zoom Website and Zoom Meetings to see the tools MACC uses.

On Pearson's website

Search for the “Mastering” or “MyLab & Mastering” software specific to your course(s).

On McGraw Hill's website

Scroll down to the “Higher Education – Connect” section to find Connect products specific to your course(s) and the “Higher Education – LMS Integrations – Canvas section.

On Cengage's website

Select “Mindtap” or other course-specific Cengage products to see updates specific to the software in your course(s).

On VitalSource's website

This is the eBook platform used by some eBook publishers to provide primary and/or offline access to eBooks in specific courses.

On Respondus's website

Check here for “LockDown Browser” and “Respondus Monitor” global status updates.

On Turnitin's website

Click the plus (+) sign to find Turnitin and Draft Coach tools used by MACC.
