James M. Cooksey, President
James M. Cooksey joined the MACC Board of Trustees in April 2010. He is currently serving as board president. Judge Cooksey is a judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit of the State of Missouri. He is currently chair of the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) and has served on that board since 2017. He is a graduate of William Jewell College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and achieved a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School Of Law. He has served on the following boards: State of Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges (past president), Coates Street Presbyterian Church in Moberly, (Moberly Rotary Club (past president), Randolph County Bar Association (past president), and the Randolph County Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program. He and his late wife Sherry have two children. Sherry received her BSN from Truman State and taught health care classes for 30 years at the Moberly Area Technical Center before her retirement. Judge Cooksey resides in Moberly, MO.

John Cochran, Vice President
John Cochran joined the MACC Board of Trustees in April 2010. He current serves as vice president of the board. As well as being an MACC alumnus, Mr. Cochran was an instructor and assistant coach of the Greyhounds. He completed a Master of Educational Administration at the University of Missouri. Mr. Cochran is the President of Valentine Insurance Agency in Moberly. He is a former board member of the Randolph Area YMCA and previously served as a nine-year member of the Moberly Public School District Board. He lives in Moberly with his wife Della and has three children.

Denise M. Caldarello, Secretary
Denise M. Caldarello joined the MACC Board of Trustees in April 2008. She is currently serving as secretary of the board. Ms. Caldarello is a retired teacher and music educator. She has her Bachelor of Arts in music education and performing arts from Avila University, Kansas City. She has resided in Moberly most of her life. She and her husband, Cole Davis, have five children: Cory, Beau, Dani Joy, Jamie and Addie Rose. They are active in their church and the Moberly community.

Brad Goessling
Brad Goessling joined the MACC Board of Trustees in April 2012. Mr. Goessling is a native of Moberly where he was born and raised. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is owner of Town & Country Abstract. He formerly served as vice president of Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce and is a former president of Moberly Kiwanis. Mr. Goessling resides in Moberly and has three children.

Lori Turk
Lori Turk joined the MACC Board of Trustees in June 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa. Ms. Turk is the former owned and operated of Moberly Radiology and Imaging. She is currently Chairman of Run For Her Life and has served on the following Boards: Rotary Club (President), Safe Passage (President), Moberly Public School Foundation (President), Coates Street Presbyterian Church (Deacon), and the YMCA. She resides in Moberly and has two sons.

Brian K. Williams
Brian K. Williams has served as the Executive Director of the Randolph County Caring Community Partnership since 2007 and has facilitated several workshops on organizational, program, and community development. Brian is also the Co-Founder of the Focus on Fatherhood Network, a network of community-based, faith-based, and government agencies that promote responsible fatherhood initiatives.
In addition, Brian also serves on the board for the Network for Strong Communities, the industry leader for affordable and innovative capacity building, programs and services and resources that strengthen nonprofits, and as the Chair for the Northeast Alliance Advisory Coalition of the Office of Minority Health. Brian works extensively with multiple agencies to implement diverse health and social-health-related projects within Northeast and Central Missouri. He and his wife Ethel have four children.
