Sexual Misconduct (Title IX)

MACC is committed to providing an environment for its students, faculty, staff, and visitors, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, that discourages and prevents sexual misconduct. MACC maintains a strict policy prohibiting sexual misconduct in any form, to include sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, and sexual violence (rape, sexual assault and other sexual offenses, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking). On this page you will find MACC’s Sexual Misconduct Policy, as well as several links to the left that will lead you to additional information. This policy applies to students and employees as well as third parties.

MACC is dedicated to ensuring a prompt compassionate response to any report of sexual misconduct. To report possible misconduct, ask questions or communicate concerns, contact Cheryl Lybarger, MACC Title IX Coordinator at 660-263-4100, ext. 11369 or by email at CherylLybarger@macc.edu.
