Students – Your username and password for Canvas, MyMACC, and MACC email is the same. If you can log in to your MACC email, use that password for Canvas.
If you cannot access Canvas, myMACC or your MACC email, please visit https://my.macc.edu/ICS/ and choose Forgot My Password. Enter your username and your recovery email address. A password reset link will be sent to your recovery email. If you do not receive a reset link, contact the MACC Helpdesk at 660-263-4100 x11555 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Each time you run a process on the HP, there are output files deposited in your home directory. Those files are automatically removed after 30 days. However, there are other files that you may create that are clogging up your space on the HP. These must be manually removed. There are 2 ways to clean up your home directory on the CARS system–one is from the CARS Menu and the other is through the FTP program.
Make sure you only remove files that you have created. There are other files in your home directory that are necessary for mail and login access–do NOT delete these. Always view the file first before deletion.
This report will display information including the student name, id number, phone number, address, and emergency phone number.
If you seek to locate information in the HP regarding a student and do not have access to their MACC student ID number or their social security number, you may search by name. These search instructions work in all HP reports to which you have access. When the cursor flashes on ID Number or Student, do the following:
