You can complete the Certificate of Specialization in Wind Energy in just one semester!
The 16 credit-hour, one semester certificate under the Associate of Applied Science – Mechatronics degree prepares students to work in the Wind Energy field. Courses in Wind and Mechatronics meet once per week at the MACC – Kirksville campus, allowing students to continue working while completing the program.
The first semester of the Wind Energy Certificate is also the first semester of the two-semester Mechatronics Certificate that students will also be able to complete at MACC – Kirksville.
Both certificates will be helpful in finding employment not only in Wind Energy but for any manufacturing position as well.
If you have certifications or prior experience in this field of study, you may already qualify for credit for required classes in this degree program.
