REGIONAL HALL OF HONOR AWARDS Membership in the Missouri Phi Theta Kappa Hall of Honor is awarded to members, alumni, advisors, college presidents and individuals who have made significant contributions to Phi Theta Kappa at the local, regional, and international level. The Distinguished Individual Award is for an individual in the college or community, other than the college president, who has significantly contributed to Phi Theta Kappa. This individual may be nominated on the Distinguished Individual Hall of Honor Form. Up to two per year may be chosen if, in the opinion of the judges, the nominees are truly distinguished in their contributions to Phi Theta Kappa. College presidents are nominated on the Distinguished College President Hall of Honor form. Up to two per year may be chosen if, in the opinion of the judges, the nominees are truly distinguished in their contributions to Phi Theta Kappa.
