24th Annual Breaking Traditions Regional Winners
Moberly Area Community College’s Career & Technical Education is proud to announce this year’s regional winners for the Breaking Traditions honor. The Breaking Traditions Program recognizes outstanding career and technical students who have chosen to pursue training in a career field that is dominated by the opposite gender. This year, the panel reviewed 56 nominations. The selection process was difficult, as the quality of applicant was exemplary. As an individual who has chosen to break tradition and enter a non-traditional career, they serve as role models for others. We honor their choice and take pride in this accomplishment!
As a regional winner, recipients of this award will receive two scholarships in the Fall of 2018—one that is associated with the Missouri STEM Foundation for $100 and the other associated with MACC for $500 (renewable for the Spring of 2019).
