What is MoHealthWINs?
MACC is excited to participate in the $20 million MoHealthWINs program which will train more than 3,200 Missourians for careers in growing healthcare occupations, while developing innovative solutions to current and future workforce needs in the health services/sciences industry.
Administered through the Missouri Community College Association, this program is made possible by a federal grant, plus vital support from our employer partners and college/workforce partners.
What MoHealthWINs means for you as a job seeker is:
MoHealthWINs offers TUITION ASSISTANCE and job training to qualified applicants.
Through the MoHealthWINs awarded grant funds, the Department of Labor will be offering tuition assistance for TAA individuals who have lost their jobs as a result of their jobs moving overseas (foreign trade), qualified veterans and their spouses, unemployed, underemployed and workers wanting to increase their skill level.
Lab and book fees will not be covered by the MoHealthWINs grant. However, additional financial assistance may be offered to eligible students through the Missouri Career Centers.
