The 56,000 square foot facility known as The Advanced Technology Center is the result of a cooperative effort among MACC, Linn State Technical College, University of Missouri Extension, and the City of Mexico. The facility houses classrooms, instructional and science labs, a resource center, student commons, administrative and faculty offices, a Telecommunications Community Resource Center (TCRC), and an interactive television (ITV) laboratory.

MACC offers the following degree and certificate programs at the Mexico site:
