COUNSELOR OF SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CENTER - Bachelor's degree required in business, business education, or related area with appropriate coursework. Responsible for the development and fostering of small business development and entrepreneurship activities that support economic development in the MACC service region. Experience in operating, managing or owning a business, training, and/or consulting service preferred.

EVENING SECRETARY - in Student Affairs. Full-time afternoon/evening position requiring excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills. Additional requirements include strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite), clerical skills, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task.

DIRECTOR OF CTE DATA & STUDENT SUCCESS – is responsible for collecting and reporting the data required for the Career and Technical programs in addition to providing advising and support services unique to CTE students. Candidates must be detail-oriented and flexible as well as have ability to problem solve, multi-task, meet deadlines, and work with all types of people. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite will also be important. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST - in President's Office. This position requires organizational, clerical, and computer skills (word processing and spreadsheet applications), excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

COMPUTER TECHNICIAN – responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and servicing of digital technology including items such as desktop computers, laptop computers, printers, network devices, network wiring, video projectors, etc. and personal computer software installation. An Associate's degree is preferred or a minimum of 2 years work experience in computer technology field. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented and have technical and communication skills. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS - is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the College's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. This position requires ability to work well with media and the community and is responsible for College marketing and public relations. Candidate must be familiar with social media, online marketing and design, Microsoft Office, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Adobe design software, photography, and video is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects at once is key to this position's success. A bachelor's degree and previous experience in journalism or marketing is preferred.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST – Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be detail oriented, have strong problem solving and organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Cashiering, billing, and collection experience preferred. This is a full-time, 12 month salaried position with excellent benefits.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST - Primary duties include payroll processing and account analysis. Payroll and/or accounting experience preferred. Computer skills are essential. Associate's degree preferred. Full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits.

DUAL CREDIT SPECIALIST & ACADEMIC ADVISOR - This position works with dual credit programs and serves as an academic advisor. It requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. A Bachelor's Degree is required.

PART-TIME CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR - Maternal Child clinical instructor position available in the Associate Degree Nursing Program in the Columbia, Missouri area. B.S.N. and 3 years of recent clinical experience and teaching experience preferred. Missouri RN license required.

ADA SERVICES ASSISTANT - Part-time position, 28 hrs/week, at the MACC-Columbia Higher Education Center. This position requires that the applicant be available to work from 2PM-9PM Monday through Thursday each week. Requires minimum of Associate's Degree, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, MS Office and Internet skills.

Positions available in Mexico, MO:

CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR - needed for classroom instruction at the Advanced Technology Center in Mexico. This is a part-time position consisting of 8 – 12 hours per week based on the class schedule: http://www.macc.edu/cna-training. The instructor shall be a registered professional nurse currently licensed in Missouri, have at least 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year of experience in the provision of LTC facility services in the last 5 years. They must also be certified by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for this function or be eligible using the above criteria to attend a seminar approved by the Division of Aging to be approved as a CNA Instructor.

COORDINATOR OF PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM - Full-time position at the Advanced Technology Center in Mexico, Missouri, with excellent benefits. Qualifications: BSN, 3 years current clinical experience in adult nursing, current Missouri license as a Registered Nurse.Teaching experience preferred. Responsible for program supervision, instruction, and clinical rotations in a one-year PN Program. Applications accepted until position is filled.

Applicants will be added to our "pool" of adjunct faculty, with credentials kept on file for three years. A Master's degree is required for most subject areas, with 18 graduate hours in the subject area, and teaching experience is preferred.
