MACC Holds Law Enforcement Graduation


The graduation ceremony for the Moberly Area Community College Law Enforcement Training Center Class 11-2 was recently held in the MACC Multipurpose Auditorium.

 

MACC President, Dr. Evelyn Jorgenson welcomed those in attendance to the ceremony, Ron Dulany, MACC Law Enforcement Training Center Director introduced distinguished guests. Jane Rabeni, of the Boone County Fire District Pipes and Drums provided the traditional bagpipe performance. Lt. David Hall, Director of the Missouri Information Analysis Center with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, addressed the graduates. Additionally, Brandon Bartz, class president, addressed the graduates.

 

The graduates receiving class rewards were: Jeffrey Henke of Marceline, MO, Defensive Tactics, and Highest grade point average. Travis Williams of Novinger, MO, Excellence in Marksmanship: Top Handgun. Shawn Puls of Canton, MO, Excellence in Marksmanship: Overall Shooter. Miquel Rivero of Moberly, Mo, Excellence in Driving & Teamwork. Miquel Rivero of Moberly, MO, and Valon Thompson of Kirksville, Excellence in First Responder and Cassandra Brown of Huntsville, MO, Excellence in Report Writing.
