| MACC Board of Trustees Rodney M. Loesch, President Rodney M. Loesch was first elected to the Board of Trustees in April 2000 and was re-elected in April 2006. He currently serves as president of the board. Mr. Loesch is a certified financial planner with Waddell & Reed Inc. of Columbia, Missouri. He is a 1966 MACC graduate, a graduate of Truman State University with a bachelor's degree in education, and former president of the MACC Alumni Association. He also has served on the Moberly Airport Board and Moberly Fire Protection District Review Board for more than 20 years. In 2008, he was named Chapter Member of the Year by the National Speakers Association. Mr. Loesch and his wife Shirley have one son, Scott. Gregory K. Walker, Vice President Gregory K. Walker has served on the MACC Board of Trustees since his election in 1984. He began his fifth consecutive term in April 2008. He is currently board vice president but has held various offices including board secretary from 1988-1992, vice president from 1992-2000, and board president from 2000-2006. At the state level, Mr. Walker serves on the Missouri Community College Association board as trustee representative. In 2006, he received the Glynn E. Clark Distinguished Service Award in large part for his efforts to lead the statewide MCCA membership campaign in 2005-2006. He is owner of Vantage Capital Resources, an equipment leasing company, located in Moberly, Missouri. His wife Sally is the director of maternal nursing care at Moberly Regional Medical Center, where she has been employed for more than 31 years. They have two daughters, Lori and Jenny Walker, who both live in Kansas City. Joan E. Casleton, Secretary In 1992 Joan Casleton was appointed to the board to serve an unexpired term of another member. She was elected for six-year terms in April 1994, April 2000, and April 2006. Ms. Casleton is a past president and the current secretary of the board. She has also served as a board member and past president of the Moberly-Randolph County League of Women Voters and is a graduate of the University Extension EXCEL program. She is employed as Risk Manager for Orscheln Industries in Moberly, Missouri. She and her husband Sam have one son, Ed. Donald R. Schaffer Donald R. Schaffer is currently serving his fourth consecutive six-year term having been first elected to the board in 1986. He served as secretary of the Board of Trustees April 1996 through April 2008. Mr. Schaffer is a retired network supervisor for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. His wife Donna is retired from Orscheln Industries in Moberly where she served as tax assistant. They have four children, Suzanne, Doug, Richard, and Clay. Robert V. Tompson Dr. Robert V. Tompson was elected to the Board of Trustees in April 1998 for a six-year term and was re-elected in 2004. Dr. Tompson, a retired surgeon, currently serves on a variety of other boards including Randolph County Historical Society and the MACC Foundation. He also has served as a board member for the Moberly Public Schools, the Eastern Randolph County Fire District, Moberly Regional Health Foundation, Boy Scouts, American Cancer Society, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He and his wife Vivian have four children, Dr. Robert, Jr., Dr. Richard, Karen, and Ron. Denise M. Caldarello Denise M. Caldarello joined the MACC Board of Trustees in April 2008. Ms. Caldarello is a retired teacher and music educator. She has her Bachelor of Arts in music education and performing arts from Avila University, Kansas City. She has resided in Moberly most of her life. She and her husband, Cole Davis, have five children: Cory, Beau, Dani Joy, Jamie and Addie Rose. They are active in their church and the Moberly community. |
